1.用料:蛋黄2个,焙煎芝麻沙拉汁20克,牛奶10克,细砂糖25克,低筋粉36克,蛋白2个,柠檬汁少许。

2.将蛋黄与焙煎芝麻沙拉汁倒入大碗,搅拌均匀。

11.倒入6寸活底圆模,磕出大泡,震平表面。

12.放入烤箱,中层,上下火150度,烤约30分钟左右。

小窍门&温馨提示
焙煎芝麻沙拉汁也可以用其它口味沙拉汁代替。
拌蛋糊时需从底部翻拌,而不宜划圈搅拌,以免消泡影响蛋糕起发。
烘烤时间与活力需根据实际情况酌情调整。
